They AREN'T in violation as long as they are registered. But if you get a list of people who are registered offenders that are NOT updated through the police department and are in fact, LIVING in your neighborhood, that is grounds for imprisonment. I guess I wasn't clear. Sry |

I know there is a website of registered sex offenders, thats how I know are living on that street. Why would they be in violation for living in this neighborhood? They have to live somewhere. |

There is a national listing of sex offenders. If they are in your neighborhood, you can find out simply by going to the police dept. If they are not registered there (no matter what your poverty level is--they NEED to be listed with the police department) then they are in Federal Violation. That is more than enough for them to be arrested. If there was a loophole and they slipped through it, it is the only way that they can still be in your neighborhood. |

That makes more sense, so now he's out on parole and approaching 16 year old girls? Doesn't that go against some parole standard? I don't know for sure, though, but it makes sense to me. ;/ This story still seems odd. Are you sure you're telling the truth? |

Theres a Pedo in my town, his name is Garry Hoff. He went house to house at night touching boys in their sleep taking pics of him abusing them in various ways then leaving them in the familys mail box.
