| whoreable | its good yall worth 50 miles to me! granted alot of the jokes are reused from the show, and there are some annoying character changed, but its still great |

Shit, the closest theater playing Strangers With Candy is about 50 miles away.  They did this last time with Thank You For Smoking. Why are they doing this with great movies and I get stuck with Little Man showing on five screens?

| Juttin | You see Strangers W/ Candy once every 6 months or so on Comedy Central, yet there was a marathon on Friday. Mostly the early episodes, and then they showed the last episodes (including the very last episode). It's a shame this show got cancelled so soon...it kinda reminds me of Arrested Developement, because it was a good show, yet everybody was too busy watching South Park and low brow shit like that to notice/ like real high quality shows :/ |

I just came back from it. needless to say it was amazing. If it's playing anywhere near your house go see it. It played in one place 20 miles from me but I still think it was well worth it.. |

Colbert mentioned the movie on his show tonight, and they showed a clip that couldn't have been longer than three seconds, but damn I'm excited

I really want the new DVD set. I sold seasons 1 & 2 and pretty much made the money for the new set. I ALMOST sold just season 1 and made the money back but the austrailian fucker pulled out on me (his high bid was fifty fucking bucks!) There was a small window of oppertunity where seasons 1 & 2 were out of print and fetching high prices on ebay and I was this close to being inside that window

| Mockery | We've talked about it before on here plenty, but yeah, I can't wait to see it (even though I'm skeptical about it holding up to the original TV series). I'm amazed it's even getting a theatrical release in all honesty since the TV show was cancelled. Let's hope this means Comedy Central will wise up and start playing the old episodes more often. |
