Marc Summers | I think HotPXL was also a minigame compilation. And so was XX/XY Feel the Magic. I guess those were ripoffs too? And Half Life ripped off of Doom, which ripped off of Wolfenstein, since those are first person shooters. | |

I don't care. It means Wario Ware for the PSP to me. It looks less like a kiddie game, too. I mean, come on, drunken mayors and demons. How can you argue with that? And why should Nintendo have a monopoly on minigame compilations? Did it ever occur to you that some people might not have/want a GBA/Gamecube/DS? The only reason nobody else did this before now was because no other company had a handheld console. The whole key to mini-games is that they are time-wasters, like if you're at a dentist's office or at your arraignment. They need to be portable. The only portable that had major success was the GB and GBA and DS. So Nintendo had a monopoly, until last March. Then the PSP came out, the media machine. It doesn't have any gimmicks, it just has raw power. I don't ever want to hear that someone has control of a GENRE and that whoever decides to make a game of the same GENRE is just copying. Also, since this is from D3 Publisher, it looks to be a budget title. 'Tis a fresh breath of air to me since I don't like paying forty bucks per UMD. |

WTF http://uk.psp.ign.com/articles/704/704614p1.html Looks like a shameless rip-off of WarioWare to me. And I love the hi-larious pun. What are your thoughts? |
