| Mad Melvin | Yes it does. you just have to shoot like 5 guys in a row and the bullettime goes to maximum. That means, that you move around normally, but the bad guys hardly move at all. |

| kahljorn | I reinstalled max payne 2 for the hell of it and noticed that the slow mode really doesn't make you go that much slower. |
