Human flesh is known to have the texture of beef and the flavor of pork with a distinct sweetness. Then again, historically cannibals have rarely used modern Western cooking conventions, so that'd alter the taste. Case in point, Haitian cannibals sought the extra sweetness by burying the meat to allow carrion to cure it for a few days or weeks. If you just mean human skin, then from experience I'd have to say that it's more like un-breaded calamari. No, I'm not up to any shenanigans, I know that from biting off my own callouses. |
