BobDole | Simply put, he's trying to appease those who want a pullback while hoping they'll be stupid enough not to notice the fact that he has no actual set plan/time for the pullback to occur. It has no purpose other than a poor attempt at appeasement. |

Baker report leaked It calls for a 'pullback' but no timetable. How is a pullback without a timetable any different than 'As they stand up, we'll stand down.' A pullback with no timetable is just saying 'We promise not to stay forever.' |
