This makes this thread completely worth reading all the way through. I was worried I was wasting my time for a second or two there.

But what if they bring NARCS?

kahljorn he seems like the kind of person who would call the police onto his side because from my experience usually the most selfish prickish people are always going to be the ones who call the cops to fuck people over even if they themselves are in the wrong.

kahljorn you guys should start stealing/pawning things. that would've been great for the dudefather story.

WHERE'D MY NEW HDTV GO? WHAT I OWED YOU MONEY THAT'S NO EXCUSE FOR WASTING MY MONEY. Seriously people like that deserve to be stolen from.

the_dudefather i used to have a flatmate like that, he would never pay rent, bills and by the time he left he owed a couple of hundred quid to his ex-girlfriend and one of my other flatmates (never got a penny off me, luckily)

the worst part was he would still buy expensive or useless shit despite owing money to other people, and every time we told him about a new bill/threat from landlord or whatever he would turn it about as if we were the ones doing him wrong.

he eventually moved on and joined the navy, and his dad had to pay us the owed back rent. he still owes my flatmate cash, but he shrugs it off whenever he is asked about it, just before bragging that he is getting a HD-TV and a PS3 soon.

in a word, he was an ass.

ArrowX get him to sleep on the couch then in the middle of the night wrap him in the blankets and throw him out onto the lawn, and tell him to pick up his shit when he finds somewhere to live.
Dec 2nd, 2006 01:49 PM
Chojin You are aware that if you call the police, you'll still need to throw his shit out and change the locks, right?

The police don't just show up in a souped-up SWAT U-Haul to take his shit away for you.

zeldasbiggestfan Threaten to break his drums. That should make the little drummer boy cry and get the hell out. Or you know. Call the cops. Thatd work too.
Dec 2nd, 2006 12:56 AM
noob3 dude just make the drummer live in the living room with is drum kit and then he will be practicing all day instead of masturbating in the privacy of closed doors

so the new guy will come in and pay rent

the drummer will be practicing all day

and then your band will hit it big and u wont have to pay rent anymore except on ur jet skis which u will be riding in the tropics

(but only if u dont want to buy them)

Preechr Yeah, seriously... All drummers are homosexual. Run with it.

Dr. Boogie I vote that you do absolutely nothing and just pretend that the problem can't be solved.

RectalWart Oh hell, I vote for the cup-o-pee route. At least you'll get a damned good laugh out of it.

Emu Fartinmowler Truth is the only truth

Also take Fartin's story to heart. Think of it: Do you really want to miss out on the opportunity to help people like Fartin?
Dec 1st, 2006 10:04 PM
FartinMowler I will tell you a Fartinmowler true story. At the age of 21 I was living in my parent’s basement and had a great life with much money and time to spend with my band mate friends, it was wonderful. One night I drank way too much and crashed my beloved 70's Toyota Corolla, this thing was mint with a racing stripe, I even got head in it So I had no car and no future so I headed east and apprenticed as a Graphic artist. The first room I rented was really gross but the people, mostly black would share their food and I spent many hours in conversation with them. The room in the house was unbearably hot because it was right in the peak of the roof and the rent was more than I could afford. I was at work one day and there was an ad for a room for 200 hundred a month for musicians and with a burger in my hand on my bike I rode down the through from the Danforth and finally found a place that I would find my future wife and friends that I still have to this day. I wrote this because sometimes you have to look at certain situations and decide if the person is worthy of deserving some help to find his way in a civil society or he will become blight.

Terra I didn't read any of this crap.

Frankly, if you don't have a contract with this person it could be drawn out.

If you don't have a contract with this person, then throw all of his belongings out in the yard, change the goddamn locks and be done with this crap.

End of story.
