No, I let it build up ... sort of like when you're at McDonald's and you don't really want to use a public toilet and so you wait until you get home* to unload all your shit.

* I-Mockery would be "home" in this analogy.

More like I make things work at work. I'm a process technician which basically amounts to making sure the correct materials are used at the correct ratio, all the machine parameters are set right for THAT particular part, babysitting and troubleshooting problems during operation, ect. It's sort of touches on the mechanical aspects to a certain degree but most mechanical things are left to the engineers. I don't want to bore you by getting into too much detail about it. My REAL point was about respect and getting people to listen to you ... i.e. not being treated like a retard or something.

Doesn't Matter Until Someone Important Sees It

I have put in our little production suggestion box at work the suggestion that a certain cutting tool, in conjuntion with a certain material was dangerous, and that a new guage blade would be preferrable so as not to get the "grabbing" effect experienced by the current gauge blade. Is it not a coincidence that the suggestion box is located directly above a garbage can (I believe that their is a quick release button located near the bottom of the box. CONSPIRACY!)? Anyway, one of the hoity-toity management types went out to use said tool and the blade was changed after he almost cut his fingers off ... after I made the suggestion numerous times over the course of several months.
