It was cut up into little chunks, dipped in batter and deep fried. It was a little chewy, but not unpleasant. I'd like to try a gator steak sometime if we could find a place around here that sold them. Yggy, you may be right! |

Fried Alligator I tried cubec, fried alligator flesh this weekend. It was awesome. It tastes a little like chicken but has a texture closer to lobster. I likes. I likes that it makes my ass smell like swamp gas too. |
