My aunt gave me this advice (keep in mind she is a plastic surgeon): If you are sick or like your nose is acting wierd, while you're in the shower snort up a handfull of hot shower water. It will clear that shit up. |

I'm scared as fuck to try snorting salt water  OK well I don't know if this works for everybody but it's worked the last two times I've tried and I get blocked sinuses like nobody's business. 1) Push hard on the dent above your nose and between your eyes with your thumb. 2) Press your tongue flat up against the roof of your mouth. Don't do them at the same time, and alternate between 1 and 2 every two seconds and then magic happens.

oh yea, i like using horseradish. Usually when I'm sick I'll get wanton soup and some spicy mustard or something. the string thing i heard for holistic medicine sounds scary. It's like flossing your nostrils. do you SNORT SALT WATER OR TAP ON THE FOREHEAD? |
