i'm not saying not to practice both ways, but if you didn't think of combining the two, that's really what i was getting at. i don't do well with just tablet. |

judging from how different and static this drawing was, that was my suggestion  it's not like i don't know what i'm talking about. no matter what, when i'm drawing with a tablet, it's very stiff. the only way i can loosen up is if there's a rough sketch outlining the pose and face before i scan and draw over it. |

| MLE | draw it on paper first, then scan it, then draw over it on a different layer in photoshop. | |
