The only thing I can really do is pastas and pizza because I don't trust myself with a grill, but I'm gonna get a stowaway grill one of these days and work barbecue magic. Have you tried Mongoloid BBQ yet? 'S good. |

Guitar Woman | Stuff that's actually cooked on the barbeque is great. I love barbequed stuff. But barbeque sauce or anything that tries to mimic the flavor of barbeque sauce makes me want to fucking puke. |

MockMeAmadeus | Remember, the devil is in the detail. I absolutely agree with the sauce mentioned above. Marinate overnight and then put on open flame. No longer that 1 minute on both sides, to seal. Kill flames and then BBQ on both sides. If you see the blood appearing on the surface, then it is enough. Turn around and do same. Use quality meat. |

You guys know any great BBQ recipes? Well, it's summer, and when it is summer I get this enormous addict for BBQ. To avoid getting bored of cooking same stuff over and over again, I though I could ask help from you guys! So, if you have any great recipes, please let me know! |
