I once saw a guy with a hole in his neck because he had mouth cancer from smoking. He was smoking through the hole in his neck, that I say is more depressing. | |

The fat guy ordering the Diet Coke is ironic and funny, so I'd have to say the guy with the oxygen tank was more depressing. But also ironic and funny. :/ |

I'd laugh. Anyways, I think the obese person ordering a diet coke is more depressing. They don't understand that there's just no hope left for them in becoming thin.  The guy smoking is just making the best of the days he has left.

Diet drinks taste better. Maybe the "oxygen tank" was actually a newfangled "cigarette X-treme" model that gives you 10 fold noxious fumage. |

What's More Depressing A morbidly obese person ordering a diet coke with his fast food value meal. OR A person with a portable oxygen tank hooked up to his nostrils having a smoke. I saw both of these sad scenes today. Just sayin' :/ |
