| J. Tithonus Pednaud | It's too expensive for little guys to show their movies in theaters. It's a lot easier and less costly to just release direct and eliminate that portion of a the overall budget. It's an extra high risk investment on top of the actual production investment that may not be recouped. Better to be in the hole 30 million than 40 million I suppose. | |
