Shakunetsu Hadouken (灼熱波動拳, shakunetsu hadōken?, "Blazing Surge Fist") – One of the original techniques of Goutetsu, this life-threatening Hadouken requires even more concentration of ki onto the palms to produce a surge wave with enough force to burn cloth or flesh.
