Seven Force	wii in trouble now mastah

Mintrude	Wii trouble I can't get my Wii to go on the shopping channel. It'll connect to the internet just fine, and I've signed the agreement, but then it says "Wii Connect 24 and shopping channel are not being offered at this time." Any ideas what it could be, and how I could fix it?
