I generally keep all of my short stories in a folder and forget about them for a while, then look at them again Almost all get thrown away after the second look, but a couple have been keepers. I eventually plan on getting a collection together and sending it to a publisher for inevitable rejection, it's the natural process |

King Hadas asks a lot of difficult questions So I've been penning this short story for a while now. I'm not much of a writer normally, but I think this ones coming together nicely. Nearing completion, a funny thought hits me, one I'm surprised I've never considered before. What the hell am I supposes to with this thing once I'm finished? Post it here, of course, but what else? Do people still submit short stories to magazines? Should I look into getting it copyrighted or is that not an issue? What's the next step? |
