You've answered your own question. Staples with prongs bent outward are for easy removal and for temporary document fastening. Staplers have this function because people use it. You don't need a staple remover to remove staples pounded in such a way, you just have to pull one end - it's like you're just pinning the papers. As for the resume, I wouldn't hire somebody who didn't know how to use a stapler. |

Whats the deal with staplers? Why does every stapler have that thing you can spin around to make the staples bend outward intead of in? Everybody I ask has a different answer like "they go through more pages that way" or "it's easier to remove" or "how the fuck should I know?". I've never seen ANYBODY ever use the outward side, people would think thier fucking crazy. If you stapled your resume that way they wouldn't even call for an interview, they would think your a trouble maker. |
