Ministry of Sound main booth...all i see are rane mixers. As for vestax quality, theyre pretty damn good. I have some friends that all have dmj-600s & they busted on them within the year. I have some other friends w/vestax mixers, had em for 5+ years & theyre still in damn good condition. I dont really care if it is your mixer or not, its not like im saying "you suck b/c u have that mixer," im just stating my opinion, so really i think u gotta be the one getting over it.

buddha - get over it man, s'not even our damn mixer... not to mention vestax produces as much crap gear as they do quality. and with a rane you have to spend 10 minutes just to find the damn cue control. as for pioneer djm 500 and 600, two words man - "industry standard". unless you like bringing your own personal mixer with you to every gig (and some folks do) then you gotta be familiar with pioneer's gear. and for my intarweb sweeties - my eyes are hazel, except when they are green.

| Buddha | if you really need four inputs, there are way better mixers out there. people only like that one b/c of the fuckin effects to make shitty mixes sound ok. Vestax or Rane are the way to go for good quality mixers. |

That's the logo of the promotion company that got me started DJing.  ....and Sum, there's nothing wrong with a DJM-500, especially if you're using 4 inputs. |

So we threw this party last night... I got to play some records for all the dancing kids  My friend AJ came in from Atlanta to play records too.  All hell broke loose.  What a night! |
