Tadao | And why isn't this movie available to us? I mean yeah sure great score on the autographed picture, but hey, you would share with a stranger before you shared with family? That's fucked up dood. |

Look What Arrived In The Mail Today I've been a fan of Clint Eastwood for a while now, and seen many of his movies. However, there are still a few that I need to look into. Back in January, I saw Gran Torino in theaters, and though it was pretty darn good. After that, I decided I'd try my hand at landing an autograph from the man himself. I had a few people tell me I was wasting my time. But I had my mind set, I just had to take it one step at a time. The first of which was securing a photo. Luckily, my college had one of those poster sales, which carried smaller sized photographs of various movies / characters (there were a lot of Twilight ones). I bought a Dirty Harry poster, drafted up a letter, and spent the next few weeks finding a large enough envelope and some other items. I even threw in a copy of a movie my friends and I made (Hey, whatever helps. right?) Anyway, I mailed the whole thing on March 2nd. On May 4th, I got my reply. The only "unfortunate" thing is I didn't get a letter. Just the autograph. Not that it matters much. ![]() The package. ![]() The address. ![]() The awesome. Well, that's my story. I guess if there's a moral it'd be to never listen to anyone and to bug celebrities when you feel like it. They'll even pay postage. ![]() |
