mburbank I was shocked Vinth didn't recognize who my avatar is, but I'm even more shocked he doesn't recognize yours. 'Some a man'.

Gol, but you're a dope, Vinth.

VinceZeb You are speaking about homoerotic fantasies and yet you are the one with some a man tearing open his coat and puffing his chest out...

KevinTheOmnivore Well Max, look on the bright side.

This will give people more time with their families, and those who don't love their families, well they'll just do the longer hours anyway, despite this legislation. It's like Vince's homoerotic fantasy Neil Boortz said, "real winners drive home in the dark."

Guess the Nature of the Legislation!

There's Republican sponsored Bill in the senate right now (voting is this Thursday) titled "The Family Time Flexibility Act." Does this law:

A: Give employees the right, once the number of hours per week have been decided, to negotiate how those hours will be scheduled?

B: Give employees who have served five years with an employer the right to gauranteed weekend days off?

C: Give employees the right to refuse overtime requests?

D: Rescind the right to time and a half for hours exceeding forty in a given week, give employers the right to substitute comp time for overtime pay, give employers up to thirteen months to pay for or time compensate overtime and absolve employers of the need to compensate employees for overtime if the company shuts down or goes bankrupt within the thirteen month window?
