Zbu Manowar Okay, I'm sold. I was going to ask about this but now I won't bother, I'll get the Criterion edition.

AChimp The surrealism is the part that I like the best, just like in Baron Munchausen (sp? )

Royal Tenenbaum Yes, it is. Do yourself a favour and watch it again.

Zomboid Forgive me if this is totally incorrect and makes no sense, but is time bandits the movie with dwarves or something and at the end the kid says "don't touch it! It's an evil!" to his parents or something? :/

For some reason the name reminds me of this movie I saw like 12 years ago.

Royal Tenenbaum I have the Criterion since they put out wicked discs that are pretty much always better. I say get it, because the trailer is hilarious, and it's just worth the money.

Jixby Phillips The Criterion DVD just has a commentary and a trailer and a "scrapbook" which is pretty much just a photo gallery set to music.

I bought it on deepdiscountdvd.com for 28 bucks (free shipping). I only got it because I knew if I got the cheaper one I'd just be thinking "Fuck, there's a better version " Wheather or not I cared about the features on it. I just think like that.

Protoclown Is it worth purchasing the Criterion Collection DVD for the extras or would I be better off just shelling out $10 for the normal version?

Ash37 Any movie with that many midgets is A-Okay in my book.

Royal Tenenbaum Yeah, that was my favourite film as a kid. It rocks.

Time Bandits

I saw this movie for the first time last night, and it was fucking hilarious. Somehow I managed to avoid seeing this for years while all my friends saw it when they were kids.

It has the FUNNIEST VILLAIN EVER.

Terry Gilliam rules.
