Is it just me..or do all '80s metal bands sound the same?

So i'm watching VH1 Classic right now, and i noticed that after watching a bunch of metal videos...with the exception of Metallica and Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, (insert favorite '80s metal band here), all the rest just sound the same.

They look the same, with the lead singers having long blonde hair and a headband, and having a shrill, womanlike voice, saying stuff like "WAAAAAOW! YADDA YADAA" in a shrill and womanlike voice. But it's just my opinion. But i think that that basically with the exception of the good and recognized names of '80s metal, the rest just sound the same.

What's your opinion on this?
