If you ever get the chance, you should check out the White Ghost Shivers. I think they play at Beer Land pretty regularly. They sound like a rougher R Crumb and the Cheap Suit Serenaders. They've got some tunes on MP3 if you're interested. If you do go see them, tell the guitarist (Jeremy)that P-Boy in Carolina said hey (we used to be in a band together years ago.) If you wanted to make him uncomfortable, you could scream P-Boy all night. Everyone's a P-Boy. |
