Miss Modular Storm Front by Billy Joel. I remember really liking "We Didn't Start the Fire" because I knew all the words to it.

Helm I went on my own and bought my CD copy of Master Of Puppets when I was 10 so I think I'm comparably more badass than anybody else in this thread. The CD doesn't play anymore

Perndog Blues Traveler's Four on tape in 1995. And my first CD was their next album, Straight on Til Morning in 1998.

Esuohlim The first I ever bought was Weird Al's Off the Deep End, too.

My CD collection is insulting to anybody who likes music because I hate music. I have all the Weird Al albums, all the They Might Be Giants albums, and the other 40 are stand-up comedy albums.

Oh yeah, I also have the South Park: BLU soundtrack. I should probably throw that away or something.

Jixby Phillips People who were 10 when Chumbawumba was big shouldn't be posting here

The first CD I owned was Alalapoloza (or however its spelled) by Weird Al. We got a CD player for like 600 dollars, then my sister got a bunch of CDs. My mom offered to buy me a CD, because for some reason she was always really concerned whenever I didn't want music. So I asked her to buy me a Weird Al CD. It was all I could think of. The next CD I actually wanted and bought was that Off Spring CD with the "gotta keep 'em seperated" song on it. oh shit I still play it sometimes and I get super nostalgic

Mockery First CD I ever owned was Weird Al's "Off The Deep End" album. Damn, I really need to buy that again.

Don't remember the first tape, but it was probably The Monkees or Michael Jackson. And Sam, I still have my copy of the Huey Lewis and the News "Sports" CD. I friggin' LOVE IT.

sspadowsky Huey Lewis and the News- Sports I told my family that I really liked this song called "I Want a New Drug," and my grandma said she didn't think it was a good idea for me to be listening to songs about drugs.
