Well worth a watch if you enjoy BB or comedy in general. I love the sketch about too much information in UFO sighting interviews.

Rongi i doubt any of you could help me on this one, because i remember so little about this cartoon. someone just might remember though

ok, there was this very short lived cartoon from the 90s. i dont remember the name of it, all i remember is that during one episode they defined what a U.F.O is and showed different examples of it. It had this guy with hair kind of like a mop and he might've been a chicken or something, and he had two stupid side kicks that showed how a UFO didnt have to be a space ship, it could be a frisbee or something. One of them might've been a robot.

Jixby Phillips heres something real good because I cant find even like, any record of this EXISTING at all except for ONE thing that i will mention later to keep you interested in this post

MTV aired this half hour show, and I caught it once and I never saw it again, of The guys from Jackass tormenting this guy... The concept SEEMED to be that this guy sent MTV an audition tape to become a VJ (It started out with the guys from Jackass watching his cocky audition tape), he might have been a guy they knew (that would certainly explain a lot), and they were to pick him up and drive him to MTV's offices or something, AND at the same time, countdown some TOP 9 music video list

SO basically its them tormenting this guy in a van while he tries to do VJ stuff at the camera, and all the videos are like cheesy silly stuff like hall and oates, and they'd only ever show like 10 seconds of each video before cutting back to the guys tormenting him. I remember they get to the office and tied him to a chair and carried him downstairs or something??

This aired like right after the last episode of season 1 aired, and IN the last episode of season 1, durring the CLOSING CREDITS, there is a very BREIF outtake from this mystery show, that it seems like NOBODY else saw, even big jackass fans don't know what i am talking about when I try to describe it.

Now I also SEEM to remember MTV having a TOP 9 show where they would have differnet people host top 9 videos? Is that wrong? I thought maybe that was a show and this was just an episode of THAT show. i dont know man, I CANT FUCKING FIND IT

Fathom Zero Alright, I finally found something I want, that exists, but I can't find:
The Heavy Metal Musical Score by Elmer Bernstein

master_d_68 Thank god for bittorrent. I got to watch a bunch of cult classics I can't find at a video store, including Salo (which absolutely sucks), Men Behind the Sun, and a lot of Italian movies like The Beyond and Cannibal Holocaust. Of course if you want to go the honest route, Netflix is always choice.

Fathom Zero My bad, I'm genuinely sorry.
May 14th, 2006 09:48 PM
Rongi you cant find max headroom dvds because they dont exist, jackass
May 14th, 2006 09:45 PM
Fathom Zero Then what the hell does that mean?
That I can't post something that I'd like to see,
yet I can't post something that does exist?
Am I getting it, or am I just stupid?

EDIT: And by your standards, stating "The Wizard is perfectly acceptable" is not acceptable because it took me all of two second to find a VHS on amazon:

MetalMilitia I really want a TV series called "Is it Bill Bailey?" but I'm almost certain it was never released on DVD. Problem is it was only on TV in 1998 and no one seems to have recorded more than the first episode.

Jixby Phillips Two new guidlines for this thread

IF YOU CAN FIND IT NEW ON AMAZON.COM OR NETFLIX, THEN IT DOES NOT QUALIFY AS SOMETHING YOU CAN NOT FIND. IT IS SOMETHING YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO PUT EFFORT INTO.

AND

YOU ARENT ALLOWED TO MENTION STUFF THAT DONT EXIST. FOR EXAMPLE: A DELUX EDITION DVD OF (NAME OF MOVIE THAT IS NOT ON DVD) THIS THREAD IS NOT TITLED "WHAT MOVIE DO YOU WANT TO MAKE KNOWN THAT YOU WISH WAS ON DVD" THREAD. STATING "THE WIZARD" IS PERFECTLY ACCEPTABLE BECAUSE IT IS OUT OF PRINT ON VHS. "THE WIZARD ON DVD" IS NOT ACCEPTABLE

YOU BOZOS

But feel free to ignore these guidelines because I actually find it shocking and kinda interesting that sadie cant find DR STRANGELOVE or BETTER OFF DEAD, in her town! Is it a fucking ghosttown or what?

I just so happen to have that one on DVD. Picture quality is pretty poor, like almost VHS quality, but it's uncut and thats all that matters.
