Well.... There is little doubt there. I'm quite sure contigency plans have been in place for quite some time and all include estimated time frames. Sure it's showmanship. The point is, until now, there has been no obvious trigger point. Im quite sure the administration would prefer to have at least a mild cover of justification. I wouldn't doubt if this becomes it. |
