MattJack I imagine they are crispy, but that's a good thing. Do you use Ragu or anything? CHEESE?

Just add bread, candles, and some romantic music like Culture Club, and you should be on yer way to being the mack of the century.

Fathom Zero Those are more like raviolis, tortellinis are more rounded. Hence the name, italian for "little belly-buttons".

But those look delicious.

Pan fried Tortellini

I Love finger food and pan frying some Tortellini is easy and fun. Frying anything in Oil can be dangerous so don't put the heat up too high or let it spill over onto the burner. I bought some Chicken wings and heated up some pasta sauce for dipping...
