I was purposely being a jackass. Look into the word "irony," of course Yom Kippur isn't a hedonistic celebration, its supposed to be the most solemn of all Jewish holidays. Point of fact, I know a great deal about Jewish holidays, their historical roots and current observations. Furthermore, I'm a Protestant, not some fucking Papist, therefore Lent, like the rest of your post, isn't applicable. Word of advice, know your audience before you speak or you will continue to come off as some witless tit monkey. |

You picked a bad day to blaspheme. Today is St Patricks day. If there is proof positve that the Irish's Holy Father was better than your God, it will be abundant today. Do you see Jewish parades during the Simchat Torah? How many Jewish parties are thrown on the Shabbat? How many Rabbi go drink themselves silly during Yom Kippur? Jewish holidays? Crap. Irish holidays? Kick ass.

Look buddy. People don't fill stadiums to see Jews. Conversly, they do fill stadiums to see shanty Irish micks. Due to the popularity of the Irish, we're going to have to take over this thread and relagate the posting Jews elsewhere. Kind of like what we did to Americans in Boston.
