I figured out what I don't like about the series. It feels too arcade-y to me. It ends up boiling down to running around amongst tens of enemies, and mashing the attack button over and over. And because of that, things feel repetitive, and very boring without a friend playing with you. I just wish they'd complicate things just a bit. |

I like it I played it at my friends house two days ago and i like it just as much as dynasty warriors 3, the no specials are kinda stale though. Great game anyways but nothing mind blowing :/ |

Dynasty Warriors 4 I'm liking the latest installment in the series. The graphics are pretty good, and the movies look good, too. And the new characters are pretty cool. Especially Zhou Tai. One thing really bugs me, though: the new fourth weapons. They don't do anything special aside from giving attack ratings; no stat boosts, and no special powers, thanks to the orbs. What's the deal? I know a few people on the boards have played previous installments. So what are your impressions? |
