Tell him you are in Nigeria, then hit Google Maps and find a suitable meeting place. Give a vague description of someone random, and tell him to be easily identifiable, i.e. wearing a hilarious sign. Tell him to get random passerby to pose in pictures with him, and send them to you via email, and if he comes through you'll meet him. Tell him to wait, and tell him it could be awhile, hours maybe, but you will definitely be there tonight. That should cover a few bases... embarassing photos, embarassing situation, and a complete waste of his time. OR.... just tell him you're a master hacker, you've traced his location and information, and you've kidnapped his sister, and if he wants her back, to pay a princely ransom. |

I heard of one person who got an e-mail like that and somehow managed to scam money out of the scammer. His was a rare instance though. But if you need any more options, that's always open.

Iv'e just been reading horror stories and it seems its best not to respond at all since that tells them it's a working email address. They seem to see the people who are on to them as potential victims to extort.
