Skulhedface And I bet the company behind this miracle of mad science is Umbrella.

You guys have dibs on the Lovecraft references, so I'll just stick with Resident Evil references. It's more contemporary.

I take back what I last said. Well, maybe them Europeans will research zombie technology for us. Wait, I guess they have their own right-wingers to moan and bitch about pro-life when this treatment could save thousands.

Big Papa Goat I think they said that it would probably be used for gunshot or stabbing victims who have suffered severe blood loss. That's probably the only way it would really work anyway, since the procedure involves draining the patients blood.
Jun 28th, 2005 05:28 PM
MetalMilitia Well I would normally go to a pub but the opportunity to have my blood drained and replaced with ice cold saline solution doesn't come around often.

FromThe13thFloor The bigger question is, would you volunteer to be tested?

Dr. Boogie And if you cut off the head and put it in a jar, would it start talking the minute you brought the body back to life? :west
Jun 27th, 2005 09:52 PM
Ant10708 It said the dogs didn't get brain damage but I find it hard to believe humans wouldn't. I wonder if a human would know they were dead or if they just wake up with like the last conscious thought they had.
Jun 27th, 2005 09:36 PM
pissed off salesman Heh, that's spooky.

Wouldn't that have some sort of negative effect on someone's brain, if they were kept like that for more than the 3 hours they used?
