Running certainly does help combat depression. And hard running can make you very high. Also cypramil helps reduce depression, the problem lies within coming off such medication, which I did rather abruptly. You see when you're on it you think you're fine, so you come off it only to go bump soon afterwards. I've done this twice now. and the last few days have been the 'bump'. I'm going out for a run now... |

Very sweet Seth. I've been wanting to leave my job for sometime, so maybe this is a new way forward with me. - A new 'hole' in the market. Over the next few months I've applied to run a 5 m, a 20 m and a half marathon. Ending in a full Marathon in June. Will keep y'all posted on my gruelling race training regime. |

It was more of a happy accident. Mind you, the other half in this equation didn't do so well as hoped in his run. He obviously ain't as hard-core as me. |
