Bod Running certainly does help combat depression. And hard running can make you very high.

Also cypramil helps reduce depression, the problem lies within coming off such medication, which I did rather abruptly. You see when you're on it you think you're fine, so you come off it only to go bump soon afterwards. I've done this twice now. and the last few days have been the 'bump'.

I'm going out for a run now...

kahljorn You should try heroin, I hear that helps alot with depression.

Terra But since your a runner Bod, doesn't that help release the endorphins needed to ease the depression? I hear a lot of clinics are recommending it holistically.

It's one thing to warn someone that you have fits of madness, it's another for them to actually experience it. I wouldn't go out with someone like me that's for sure.

Bod Very sweet Seth. I've been wanting to leave my job for sometime, so maybe this is a new way forward with me. - A new 'hole' in the market.

Over the next few months I've applied to run a 5 m, a 20 m and a half marathon. Ending in a full Marathon in June.

Will keep y'all posted on my gruelling race training regime.

Sethomas I for one would love to have Bod as a personal trainer.

Bod It was more of a happy accident.

Mind you, the other half in this equation didn't do so well as hoped in his run. He obviously ain't as hard-core as me.

Seems simple enough. Only a genius could think it up.

Consider yaself told!

Tell ya what, I'm sticking to this training schedule, just need to bump it up a bit for the Edinburgh Marathon in June. It shall be a shag-fest indeed.
