Blackdrazon I've definitely either seen some of these things, or some sort of rip-off. I wish I knew for sure, because if it was a rip-off, that'd be something worth looking up again. Good nose-plug based cardboard moustaches are hard to find!

The Doctor If only I had the anchor and mermaid then I would not feel like a loser when I hang out at dockside bars.

toolz88 What's the difference between the beard & moustache and the devil's disguise?

Commanderraf I remember, when I was a child, my mom had this book that had cardboard masks for you to copy on a spare piece of carboard and put on your head. Back then I was scared of some of them, not because they were bloody or scary, but because they made no sense.

And now, approximately 20 years later, those frights returned in the form of the "Tiger Mask". Lose the moustache and is an almost exact copy of one of the masks of that book.

Great way to kick off the Halloween season, ain't it? Being scared by a piece of cardboard and some repressed memories.

(And we still have 58 days left!)

Captain Seamus Oh man, I can't imagine using stuff like this on Halloween.

Of course, people will be saying the same thing about costumes now in forty years.

alittlebirdytoldmeso The monster fingernails look like some sort of delicious stuffed jalapeno hors d'oeuvres.

Julio I can only imagine the responsible parent taking the kid to the store and saying "There you go, kid! A loser's kit for a winner like you!".

Mockery Haha whoops, accidentally put the same card in there twice. Ok it's updated now so you can see the final sticker "Moth and Butterfly!" without losing any sleep.

dextire Wow, I had no idea these things even existed. The illustration of the kid with the pirate mask is awesome.
Thanks for the article, Rog!

You're right goblyn. There's two #24 stickers and no #27.
Now I'll have to spend my life savings and buy this set just to see the final sticker. It's clearly the only way.

DougClayton4231 It's a shame that people don't make things like this anymore. Great article Rog!
