Anonymous | Why the hell would you want friends anyway? It just makes it harder when you eventually have to drown their kitties and decapitate their children.

Dude, I had a great ansewer all lined up...But Proto took it. Also afterschool job, meet people who don't go to the same school. Join drama, meet girls, or if that's not your cup of tea you can meet guys... |

Thulsa Doom | If you're into music, check out the scene around your area. People usually post flyers around the campus. Go to some shows, and some people may come up to you and say they've seen you around the campus, and possibly strike up conversations and even invite you to more shows.

Damn, I guess I'm lucky. I have quite a lot of very good friends (and a good fucking lot of you guys on here whom I've met I consider good friends as well). It helps to have a group of friends (or several different groups, so you can be with different crowds and do different things) that all like to hang out together. Jamesman, I know this sounds cheesy, but you should find a group of people in your area that play D&D and hook up with them. Most gaming stores have bulletin boards where groups who are looking for players advertise. It's a good way to get to know people (although some of them tend to be uber-geeks who you'd rather avoid). I've actually made a lot of friends through playing games like that, but it's also easy to make friends at your job or school. I made a whole lot of friends my freshman year of college just by discovering people on my hall who had similar interests. It's not that hard, and I'm by no means an extrovert (I fall exactly halfway between intro and extro on the Kiersey sorter)...just find a common interest and roll with that. Hell, I've made one or two friends just by wearing a t-shirt that strikes up a conversation about whatever is on it. |

and they could have made it much much better if they made it all dvd magical like the main 3 out there now. Let alone, Sega marketing sucks. Regardless, it had some good games. |

James, what the fuck do you expect? A pallet of super models, with super personalities to choose from? No, man. Friends are boreing. And they're going to think you're just as boreing. But that's what friends are, man. To be boreing together. And do boring things, that will seem less boreing when you have a boreing friend to do said boreing thing with. Finding friends? Get a job, go to school. Your new friend will be your boreing co-worker who talks too much, or a guy who you go to school with who is way into gay anime porn. |
