Kulturkampf | I think it is very immature and offensive to do this, and that bringing someone to court for hurting your feelings in a newsletter (when you ask for it by writing such a controversial book) is very immature. I am not impressed with this Judge or this case. |

Whats the basis of the law suite? The priest spoke poorly of the schmuck in the parish newsletter? Of course of you write a book disparraging his beliefs and the beliefs of billions, he's not going to speak too highly of you. And how can judge order someone to offer irrefutable proof their religion is the right one? |
