We made oxy-acetylene bombs, drank a lot, and ate barbecued every kind of animal we could procure at the market. :(

the market I just went to has camel, goat, kangaroo and just about anything equipped with hooves. But a lot of it is frozen so I don't know about quality. Frozen camel steak doesn't look 100% appetizing.
