Ok I have a question and I don't think it really deserves its own thread.

I downloaded Crystalis. Is the game supposed to go into some kind of pause state whenever to press 'B'?

I've tried at least two versions of the rom and it still comes up.

I'm playing it on FCE Ultra, could that be the problem?

I just fired up Crystalis on my NES, and no, B is the standard attack button. In fact, the game has no generic NES pause state, so yeah, try changing emulators.

Unless you're getting a menu when you pause, in which case your button layout is just screwed up.

This one seems decent. Very plain interface with lots of roms. Looks like the guy is still working on it but he has a rom section that works.

ah websites usually suck i get everything form torrents...Torrentz.com searches a bunch of sites, then you just look for files with seeders and lechers. Usually can find what ever i need on there. you need a bittorrent program such as utorrent in order to download anything because torrent files are just glorified "pointer files" nothing more.
