so guess what GW, i work in the computer science department of my school. please keep that in mind, computer fucking science. we get paid by filling out paper time sheets and faxing them to payroll. i also get paid every 2 weeks, so if a timesheet is missed then i'm fucked for like 4 weeks. I DIDN'T GET PAID TODAY BECAUSE MY TIMESHEETS WERE PROBABLY TURNED IN LATE BY MY BOSS, OR MY NEW PROJECT NUMBER DOESN'T WORK FOR SOME REASON, BUT OF COURSE I WOULDN'T KNOW THIS UNTIL I TRIED TO GET PAID

I seriously regret using my normal "do everything in two months" school for summer school, because instead of what normal public schools do, which is hold your hand through the entire course for 3 weeks and give you a virtually free credit, they actually make you do a semester's worth of work in that time

I went to the fair and saw I hadn't won anything, but a shitty ass picture did and some pumpkin someone dressed like a baby, and I concluded the judges have no taste, and then I went and got the biggest margarita the mexican place had and now I'm quite tipsy.

The trophy means "best in show". It appears I didn't take a pic of the pumpkin baby, or it didn't come out. It was a pumpkin with eyelashes drawn on and a hole cut for a pacifier where the mouth would be.

There was a display of toy farms. One was properly scaled, had obviously had hours and hours put into it, and even had rows of artificial wheat in a field. Another had giant, shoddily painted cheap plastic animals indifferently affixed to a plank with large blobs of glue. Guess which one won?
