The fact that they look and feel exactly like lit cigarettes, enough to fool smokers. When you pull it out in a no-smoking area, the looks you get are priceless.

Well, I don't smoke because I'm a cancer patient and it would be pretty fucking stupid of me, so it's amusing to shock people who think I shouldn't be holding a lit cigarette.

I have a pen shaped like an abducted child so when I'm skulking around outside schools the parents are all like ":eek", but then I explain to them it's just a humorous pen and they're usually okay with it.
