Indian testicle attack 'is murder'

Quote:

The Indian Supreme Court has ruled that anyone who inflicts fatal injuries to the testicles should face first-degree murder charges.
The ruling was handed down in a case in which a man had kneed another in the testicles, killing him instantly.

The attacker had been convicted in a lower court on the lesser charge of culpable homicide, not amounting to murder.

The Supreme Court said that if a person, with an intention to kill, fatally injured another in "the private parts", the accused would be charged with murder.

Fatal injuries

So could I have inflicted a fatal nad injury before hand and gotten away with it?? If it was in self-defence like that bold quote suggests it should have been tried as manslaughter; then again the article doesn't really say why the kneeing occurred. Its pretty sketchy on the whole incident but the picture at the top of the page is great.

Men's testicles are the most sacred part of our body and getting kicked in the nads is the worse and the most painful possible way to go. Those who did such murderous crime should get death penalty.

Pop, pop, fizz, fizz - o what a relief it is

In fact, the genital-moosher should be charged with mass-murder - think of all the unborn babies he slaughtered. Take THAT to the bank, pro-life.
