Installing an Indoor or outdoor hot tube? I want to get an indoor one but I worry about mold and the such.

It's an outdoor one. My roommate and jack of all trades friend tried hooking it up earlier but I guess the wires are fucked up or something. He's going to come back later in the week and try to hook it up when he has time.
