I don't think I have ever had pepper jack is there a certain brand thats worth a taste over another? Is it really spicy or just have a hint a jalapeno peppers? I really like cheese.

Different brands have different levels of heat. I usually just get the one at Costco. I think it's Tillamook. I buy it in bricks and slice it myself, so I don't have the label handy. I've never had a bad pepper jack though. Makes a great casadia.
