Wow. My buddy and I left the bar early and watched Conan's final show. That was so bittersweet. Some of the best TV I've ever seen.

I've missed his entire run except for the inaugural episode hosting the tonight show. What was the $1.5 joke about?

Conan is the classiest guy ever to be on tv. Although ive enjoyed pretty much the whole run of Conan's tonight show, last week was especially great.

it made me feel bad that i didnt have tv so i could watch conan every night :( and that i didnt watch the episodes on hulu when they went up every time :(

I'm not a fan of Conan, I think he repeats himself a lot. Having said that, I suppose they all do. However, I don't really think they should have got rid of him. Also why the news made it such a huge issue, was sorta strange.

Anyway, I'm hoping to catch Spartacus: Blood And Sand. Going to try and download the first one because I missed it.

Not sure they all repeat themselves a lot, but I always use Lettermen to judge that. Compared to him, none of them repeat themselves much. :P

Conan does, or did I guess, repeat himself but that's to expected. He had to do an hour show five day a week, most of which was improvised. Conan was a treasure and NBC made a fool mistake losing him.

I'm wondering what Conan's going to do now. On one of his last episodes he listed off some offers his gotten and one of them was to play an IRA member on Sons of Anarchy which is something I'd really like to see. I'm not sure if he could do a serious Irish accent though.

LOST season 6 starts tonight. I got hooked really bad on season 5 but haven't gone back and watched seasons 1-4.

They would probably only ruin it for you. :( I was totally hooked back in season one and at least part of two. Maybe all of two. Get ready to be unimpressed. The first hour was terrible. Horrible pacing and way to much weird shit that you the viewer is suppose to just accept because its lost and weird things can happen. Hour 2 was ok but overall it was a very bad season premiere.

I don't like how it seems that the writers didn't want to choose between the two possible outcomes they set up at the end of last season so instead decided to do both.

That's kind of how I felt from watching the first 20 minutes.

What's probably going to happen this season is going to be similar to the structure of season 4. The alternate reality storyline is concurrent with the on-island storyline, and it will lead up to the end of the series where they will show how the on-island storyline events trigger the alternate reality.

It's kind of like an "it's all a dream" cop-out, only they're doing it right away so the ending doesn't seem as anti-climactic.

My main complaint about seinfeld isn't even about the show itself. It's always seeing clips of funny parts of it on FOX commercials. I used to watch it and kind of think its funny....but I can only take so many 10 second clips and one liners from a show when its not even currently playing.

I'm rewatching all of It's always sunny season 1,2 and 3 today. I'm in tears laughing at all of it. My mom wandered in during "Underage Drinking : A National Concern" and I had to try to explain the logic they use to justify things. On cue they started breaking down why they are helping the youth by selling them drinks in the bar and my mom almost fell over laughing.

Yeah, I rarely actually laugh out loud during shows that are supposed to be funny, but Sunny can actually put me in tears too. I don't remember the episode, but the entire scene where Frank takes Dennis to an orgy and it's just a bunch of fat people wearing masks eating buffet food was the funniest damn thing I think I've ever seen.
