Yeah the guy with the gun is Lovecraft, it's from Planetary/ The Authority: Ruling The World. Warren Ellis writes Planetary, and if you have even the slightest interest in comics, you should pick it up or anything else by Ellis, currently he writes Blackgas, Fell, Nextwave: Agents Of Hate, and various other things.
