I don't really see how this changes what your sign is anyway. If you were born under VIRGO, it doesn't matter if they add another constellation, you were still born under VIRGO

the months aren't what matters its what constellation the sun/planets are in when you're born.

It's more like they made the signs correlate with the months a very long time ago. In our generatinon, the planet has tilted so much that you were not born under the same sign as the old chart proclaims. You were actually born under a different constelation. Also I heard that the 13 sign was originaly there but that made it way to hard for peoples brains back then.
