pissed off salesman Jun 27th, 2005 09:36 PM

Heh, that's spooky.

Wouldn't that have some sort of negative effect on someone's brain, if they were kept like that for more than the 3 hours they used?

Ant10708 Jun 27th, 2005 09:52 PM

It said the dogs didn't get brain damage but I find it hard to believe humans wouldn't. I wonder if a human would know they were dead or if they just wake up with like the last conscious thought they had.

Dr. Boogie Jun 27th, 2005 11:23 PM

And if you cut off the head and put it in a jar, would it start talking the minute you brought the body back to life? :west

sadie Jun 27th, 2005 11:58 PM

FromThe13thFloor Jun 28th, 2005 05:22 PM

The bigger question is, would you volunteer to be tested?

MetalMilitia Jun 28th, 2005 05:28 PM

Well I would normally go to a pub but the opportunity to have my blood drained and replaced with ice cold saline solution doesn't come around often.

Big Papa Goat Jun 28th, 2005 05:39 PM

I think they said that it would probably be used for gunshot or stabbing victims who have suffered severe blood loss. That's probably the only way it would really work anyway, since the procedure involves draining the patients blood.

How would they get gunshot/stabbing victims to sign the waiver forms? :inblood

ziggytrix Jun 29th, 2005 07:19 PM

soldiers don't have to sign waivers. enlisted = government property.

I take back what I last said. Well, maybe them Europeans will research zombie technology for us. Wait, I guess they have their own right-wingers to moan and bitch about pro-life when this treatment could save thousands.
