8-bit drawings
 

is their a program that you just put in a picture and the program turns it into an 8-bit piece of art? cuz im in a band called wisling sailsmen and we kinda sound 8-bit and i wanted to creat a cd cover that looks that style

Theres a lot you can do to make something look 8 bit. If you're looking for a simple fix you could load the image into something like photoshop and just decrease the number of colors until it looks all crappy and pixelated.

or you could simply shrink the image to something that is only 12 pixels tall.

Or you could just draw an 8bit version of it.
