Consider presenting yourself as a female because then everyone will be nice to you because everyone knows that girls cant be noobs just girls.

I've lurked here and there for about 7 years, took a bunch of vicodin and decided to post. I think it's easier if you talk to a few people off of the board, you get a better sense of how this place works.

I lurked for about 2 years or so, before finally posting. Even posting as myself and not as a character, I was only abused for my first month or so. (in retrospect, most was deserved) If you can't take some ritual e-hazing for that amount of time, then maybe you should continue to lurk. Just sayin'.

I've been lurking since shortly before Helm up and vanished. Having thought that I understood the general demeanor and goings-on, if you will, of this board, I registered and discovered that it's more interesting if I just watch what goes on than try and take part in any of it.
